Our Championship Swim Meet this year is the Illinois MidState Conference Meet on Saturday, July 25th. This meet is now OPEN on Swimtopia. Please declare if you are swimming OR if you are not swimming by Sunday, July 19th at 5:00pm.

You will notice there are two sessions. There is a Junior Conference for 10 and Under in the morning and a Senior Conference for 11 and up in the afternoon.

The meet packet is attached with details about the address, warm ups, admission fees, parking, heat sheets, concessions, etc. There is no athlete fee for this meet.

Each team has a responsibility at the meet. Our team is covering the Awards Table! We will need 2 morning volunteers and 2 afternoon volunteers. You will sort ribbons and medals down on the pool deck. You can get up from the table at any time to check in on your swimmer, take a break, view the meet, etc.

We need these positions secured by Sunday, July 19th at 5:00pm. Our team is not eligible to compete without contributing to the meet, so let's come together to make it happen!
