Please Read! Practice Changes and SPIRIT week!!
Due to end-of-season low attendance, we will be combining Black and Blue groups this week. Both groups will swim from 9:00-10:15am. White group will remain the same.
We will also be celebrating the last week of practice with a Spirit Week! Each day is noted below. Friday will be a FUN day - the whole team from 9:00-10:30!

| Thursday | 🎄CHRISTMAS IN JULY!! 🧑🎄 - Wear red and green, reindeer antlers, Santa hats, you name it! We will be jamming to Christmas music and playing reindeer games! Black/Blue Groups 9:00-10:15am White Group 10:15-11:00am |
